I am a Florida native. Served central Florida for 24 years of selling Real Estate. First 10 years worked for a National Homebuilder. I learned extensive construction knowledge, long term relationships during the home building process with both first time homebuyers and those who had already purchased homes, contract negotiations, and closing process. 14 years in general Real Estate. I have knowledge about custom home builders, short sales, bank owned properties, lake front, condominiums, and active adult communities across central Florida. Areas of expertise for sales are: Winter Garden, Windermere, Ocoee, Clermont, Apopka and Orlando. Customer satisfaction in my number one priority. 98% of my business is by referral.
