Orlando’s Best Events

Event #1: Bands, Brews and BBQ

If you are a fan of cold beverages, good music, and even better food, than this is just the event for you. This special event lasts for three straight weeks at various Sea World and Busch Garden locations. In addition to great food and drinks, sit back and enjoy music by some of the top names in country music!

Event #2: Festival of the Masters

Celebrating more than 30 years of history, the annual Festival of the Masters is one of the top art festivals in the area. The festival takes place one weekend in each November, and has shown art to millions of visitors from all over the world.

Event #3: NASA Shuttle Launches

Every now and again, an event comes around that is so spectacular you simply must see it for yourself. This is the case with NASA shuttle and Space X rocket launches. Launching from the Kennedy Space Center in nearby Cape Canaveral, this is one event that truly can’t be missed. Of course, if you can’t witness a launch, the Kennedy Space Center has plenty to offer for everyone in your family.

Event #4: Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

Is your family big on Halloween — but the little ones get scared easily? Then Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is perfect for you. The park isn’t referred to as “The Happiest Place on Earth” for no reason, after all! During the Halloween party, the Disney cast and characters aren’t the only ones in costume — visitors are encouraged to dress up and join the party, too!

Event #5: Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

There is a reason that Christmas is one of the most popular times in Disney parks — no one does Christmas quite like Disney! In addition to the spectacular seasonal decor that decorates all areas the park, there are also special holiday-themed events happening everywhere you turn. Magic Kingdom Park is transformed into a breathtaking winter wonderland, and you won’t want to miss the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, with more than 5 million lights tuned and dancing to your favorite holiday tunes!
