Experience Chris was born and raised in Central Florida. He currently resides in College Park and is an active and loyal volunteer in the community. He has followed in the footsteps of his parents, both of whom were active real estate professionals. Today, his mom owns her own title insurance company, while his father is a retired custom home builder. Chris earned his mortgage broker’s license in 2001, and then shored up his skills and experience by working for Mortgage Solutions of Central Florida and in 2003 for Treasure Title Insurance Company. In 2004, He embarked on his commercial real estate career at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits, where he handled acquisitions and dispositions, property management, and leasing for this statewide chain.
